At Brunner, we’re committed to getting your outdoor and camping gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions about shipping to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Terms & Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
- Products must be in original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact
- Original order number or proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products from the Bagno (Bath) category
- Products from the Brandine Mare (Beach Cots) category if opened or used
- Used products from the Caldo e Freddo (Hot & Cold – thermal containers) category
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email [email protected] with the completed return request form (template provided below)
- Receive Confirmation: You’ll get an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Package Carefully: Include all original accessories and documentation
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refund appears within 1-2 billing cycles
- PayPal: Refund is immediate
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify in your request that you want an exchange and indicate the alternative product
- If the new product costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the new product costs less, we’ll refund the difference
We’ll ship your new product as soon as we receive and verify your return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund
For defective items, return shipping costs are our responsibility.
